Martins Run lots auctioned for $205150

Undeveloped land sold for $205,150 in the Martin’s Run subdivision of Lorain at an auction yesterday. January 28, 2011 Oster Homes A K. Hovnanian Co., the subdivision’s developer, bid $150,000 for 35 lots with utility lines and pavement, and 21 acres of undeveloped land that can be subdivided to 117 lots, at Morningside, a neighborhood marketed to active adults ages 55 and older.
