North Ridgeville seeks buyer for 14.6 acres of city owned property

North Ridgeville City Council voted Monday night to advertise for bids for 14.6 acres of city owned property. The city received the property as a gift in the late 1980s or early 1990s, but the property is landlocked, which has prevented its development, Safety-Service Director Jeff Armbruster said. The property, which is located near the Ohio Turnpike, could not be accessed unless a buyer already owns or could purchase surrounding property or work out an arrangement with an adjacent property owner to allow access to the property.
