Purchase doubles land for new park along Sciot

Franklin County Metro Parks is buying more land along the Scioto River for a new park in southern Franklin County. December 15, 2010 The Metro Parks board approved the $2.3 million purchase yesterday of 175 acres along the west bank of the river. The property was owned by Davidson Phillips
