Acreage purchased by city for park, maintenance center

Eighty-one acres adjacent to the future city festival and event park will become part of the city’s inventory following a move by councilors as members of the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority, to enter into a lease purchase agreement with the owner. November 10, 2010 The acreage, located at 21500 E. 96th street and owned by Gerald Brother, will be used for additional park land and a maintenance facility site.
