Dover Township to buy nine hole Midatlantic Golf Club

The sound of golf balls hitting the green will be heard no more later this year at the nine-hole Midatlantic Golf Club in Dover Township. Last Monday, Dover Township supervisors approved the purchase of the 49.74-acre site at 2531 Municipal Road for $1,792,500. The property, which includes a clubhouse and other structures, sits behind the township's municipal building.
