Lehigh County moving on with land sale

Lehigh County is moving ahead with plans to sell a 6.78-acre parcel that has languished since the market for development collapsed, with the hope of spurring the economy and bringing revenue into county coffers. January 13, 2011 County commissioners held the first reading of a bill Wednesday to sell the property at Dorney Park and Hillview roads in South Whitehall Township.
