Perdue eyes 65 acre site in Conoy Township for $50M plant

Perdue AgriBusiness officials say they hope to decide "very quickly" whether a $50 million soybean-crushing plant will be located in Lancaster County. Despite some indications that a 65-acre site adjacent to the county trash-to-electricity incinerator in Conoy Township is the preferred site, a company statement Tuesday indicated that no decision has been made to move ahead with the project.
