Land sells for $1 million plus

Two parcels of land on South Road, totaling 84 largely undeveloped acres, changed hands on Feb. 4, and the owner may be eyeing the property for a mix of homes and conservation land. February 18, 2011 Stone Soup Cottage Works, a limited liability company managed by Jonathan Gilbert of Wellesley, Mass., purchased the acreage and its 1900-era farmhouse at 334 South Road for $1.35 million.
