Scenic sale to close next week

The owner of 46 acres in and around Scenic has chosen a buyer for the tiny town and is hoping to close on the sale by the end of next week, Realtor David Olsen said Thursday. He said he can't reveal the buyer or the sale price until after the deal closes but said there were more than 100 potential buyers from California to New York and even several serious inquiries from China.
