Montgomery County bought property once sold by IDB

When the city-county Industrial Development Board sold 152 acres off Guthrie Highway in 2004, few would have imagined Montgomery County would buy it back 3 1/2 years later to place a schools complex on it. November 29, 2010 "The reality is a lot can change in three years," said IDB Director Mike Evans. Among the changes were the director of schools, the county mayor and the coming of a major industrial plant.
