Rockwood, Tennessee, June 28, Grande Vista Bay is rolling out the red carpet for a very prestigious guest list. Becky Ruppe, mayor of Morgan County and candidate for Tennessee’s State Senate, will be hosting a fundraiser at Grande Vista Bay’s brand new clubhouse, and some of the biggest names in Tennessee politics will be attending. The most honorable Governor Phil Bredesen has been invited, and confirmed guests include Congressman Lincoln Davis, State Senate Minority Leader Jim Kyle, and Senator Joe Haynes, Chairman of the Democratic Caucus. Also invited are State Senators Andy Berke, Charlotte Burks, Lowe Finney, Thelma Harper, Roy Herron, Tommy Kilby and Rosalind Krita. Various local and regional elected officials have also been invited including Representatives Dennis Ferguson, John Mark Windle, Les Winningham, and the Democratic Parties of Campbell, Morgan, Rhea, and Roane county.
The site of the fundraiser was built by none other than her brother, Gene Jones. Ruppe states, “It’s a beautiful clubhouse, something to be proud of.” Ruppe also stated that Grande Vista Bay can be found at the heart of Roane county, the largest of the counties that she is campaigning in, making it the perfect location for the fundraiser. With state of the art audio-visual equipment, a full service kitchen, stone patio, grills, decks, and a pool, the clubhouse is a beautiful spot to host any event.
Grande Vista Bay was not only chosen for its clubhouse, but also for its incredible natural beauty. Grande Vista Bay is a private gated community within a half hour’s drive of Knoxville, with seven miles of lakefront property on beautiful Watts Bar Lake. The property consists of 1,200 acres of rolling woodland and lush grassy meadows as well as a wildlife preserve, and a first class equestrian facility. Grande Vista Bay offers a unique opportunity at affordable, lakeside property ownership in Tennessee.
