Behringer Harvard Ending Hold of 56 Acre Mixed Use Tract

Closing out its hold on a land position, Behringer Harvard Strategic Opportunity Fund II LP has sold 30.8 acres of residentially zoned land, part of a 56-acre mixed-use tract in McKinney, Texas, that it owned in joint venture with a local private investor since April 2007. October 20, 2011 Beazer Homes of Dallas bought the 12.9 acres zoned for single-family use and McCann Realty Partners LLC scooped up the 17.9 acres primed for multifamily development.
