Dallas Co. Pays $35M for Depot

The Memphis Depot Business Park has sold for $35.8 million after being on the market for less than six months. August 08, 2011 Memphis Depot Associates LLC, an affiliated entity of Dallas-based Mayfield Properties LP, on Friday, Aug. 5, bought 260 acres of property containing 4.2 million square feet in buildings in the industrial park and former Army base just north of Memphis International Airport from Depot Redevelopment Corp. of Memphis and Shelby County.
