Group buys 21 acres for 50 houses near Marble Falls

A partnership called Reserve at Summit Rock LP has purchased 21 acres in Horseshoe Bay to build 50 houses, developers announced Tuesday. February 02, 2011 The project, which will be valued at $35 million upon completion, fronts holes 17 and 18 of the Summit Rock Golf Course in the community about an hour northwest of Austin. Homes will start at about $475,000 and range from 1,850 square feet to 3,000 square feet, according to the press release.
