Miamisburg buying 81 acres for Austin development

By the end of August, Miamisburg plans to have sold more than 81 acres off Byers Road to a developer, the latest of several developments taking shape around the Austin Pike interchange. City Council is expected to set the stage tonight for the $4 million sale by approving financing for the city’s purchase of the remaining acreage of what is known as the Long Farm from the Dayton-Montgomery County Port Authority.
