Prime land near Leander is for sale for $26.6 million

Martha Kutscher, a longtime Central Texan, has put 1,775 acres of her Leander-area ranch up for sale for $26.6 million. The property is one of the larger tracts on the market that is near major development, including the neighboring 5,000-acre Crystal Falls residential development. January 21, 2011 Bill Hinckley, president of Lookout Partners LP, which is Crystal Falls' master developer, said Friday that he has made an informal offer on the Kutscher land, which he'd like to one day have for an extension of his development.
