Development areas put in land use plan

The Town Council voted 5-1 Monday to adopt an amendment to the town's comprehensive plan and add a chapter on state-mandated urban development areas. June 28, 2011 Councilman Thomas H. Sayre cast the dissenting vote, without elaborating on his reasons.
