Historic farm goes on the high end auction block

Steven Nicklin put time, money and passion into restoring a historic farm property on 126 acres in Bowling Green. Now, it's time to give it up. The pre-Georgian brick and clapboard Colonial farmhouse dating to 1741 and surrounding land with a 1-acre vineyard is going on the high-end auction block May 3.
