Stafford property will be auctioned

The undeveloped part of the Leeland Station mixed-use subdivision in Stafford County is heading to auction as part of the developer's bankruptcy proceedings. January 07, 2011 A Feb. 7 auction is scheduled in Bethesda, Md., for 325 acres of the subdivision. There are 415 approved buildable lots on the land to be sold, according to auction marketing materials.
