Concierge Auctions Sells Extraordinary Teton Valley Ranch In Jackson Hole, Wyoming

The 102-acre Teton Valley Ranch, one of the most premier and storied ranch estates in the nation, was successfully sold today, announced NYC-based luxury real estate auction firm Concierge Auctions. The auction process produced a combined sale price well above the $15 million reserve, in addition to back-up bids. The buyer of Estate Parcel I was represented by Fay Ranches, and the buyer of Estate Parcel II was represented by Jackson Hole Sotheby's International Realty. The auction was held in cooperation with listing broker Richard Lewis of the Lewis, Lewis and Kleiman Team at Jackson Hole Sotheby's International Realty. August 14, 2010
