County to consider land use change for 160 acres on Lodgepole Ranch

The Albany County Board of Commissioners will host a public hearing today on the rezoning of 160 acres of agricultural land north of Laramie that would make it available for commercial development. November 16, 2010 Lodgepole Ranch LLC owns 640 acres of land north of Laramie. County Planner Doug Bryant said the 160 acres make up the southeast corner of the property.
