Shoreview is working on an intergovernmental agreement with Ramsey County and the Rice Creek Watershed District to buy the land, located on Lexington Avenue north of County Road E and south of Island Lake, for $316,500 from Louis Lange of Roseville. If the other entities agree to the terms as expected later this month, each of the three will pay $105,500 plus an equal $4,500 share of the costs of title insurance, pro-rated property taxes and an environmental study which already shows no contamination.
