This property is one of the highest elevation locations in Comanche County.

From the ridge on the west boundary you will have fantastic views for 20 plus miles.

All pasture land with good fences and cross fences this property is known for it's big deer. This area was seeded with south texas deer in the 50's and I have seen 160 class deer my self on an adjacent property.

This property will also handle a few cattle to keep the "ag exemption" and keep the taxes low which were less than $400 per year in 2010.
