The Salipta South Tract boasts river bottom type hardwood, creek bottoms, duck holes, pine plantations, and large wildlife food plots. There is an ideal campsite with power and water present on the county road frontage. This tract has been intensively managed to grow quality whitetail deer, and the deer are there. All you have to do on this tract is ride through on a preview and you will see tracks everywhere. This tract is near the Tombigbee River, and the timber is mostly river bottom type hardwood. The soils are excellent for growing timber. Give Walter Tutt a call to schedule a showing.
