Recent internal data shows almost $3 billion in land and rural property for sale in Indiana, which constitutes a total of 108,289 acres of Indiana land for sale. Of the 92 counties in Indiana, Porter County had the most rural property and land for sale. There were 1,647 acres of sold land in Indiana recorded in January 2019 through the Lands of America sales program. The most land sales in the state last month were recorded in Martin and Ripley County. Most visitors to Indiana flock to Indianapolis for the Indy 500 and Indianapolis Motor Speedway, its sports teams, and the city's world-class children's museum.
