The Waltz & Wagner Timberlands are comprised of four separate forested blocks located seven miles northeast of the town of Monroe, WA just off of Woods Creek Road and Old Pipeline Road in Snohomish County Washington. The general topography consists mostly of low elevation and gentle terrain ranging from 400’ – 800’ MSL. The Timberlands are situated in the transition zone between the rural homesite developments surrounding the towns of Woods Creek and Sultan to the south and west and the industrial timberlands and Snoqualmie National Forest to the north and east. Numerous lakes and creeks dot the surrounding landscape near the Timberlands with Lake Cochran and several other small ponds, marshes or creeks laying directly on or near
