A very nice subdivision and a beautiful piece of property. Some clearing will be needed for building and the views would be spectacular. The acreage includes all the area from Highlands Gate Rd. to the lower road which is Cardinal Ridge Rd. There is a stake both upper and lower road, which indicates where Lot #4 begins. The roads are gravel, very well maintained and easily traveled. There are a few homes in the development, obviously of excellent quality. On this lot (#4) a road was cut in and cleared a few years ago when the property was purchased but has now overgrown but one can see where the building site could be. You can hear Buck Creek Falls from where the building site would be. Community water is available to hook into and the hook-up fee is $1,000.
