There is a power line ROW running East-West through the northern half of the property that gives good driving access to the back part of the property, and can be used for food plots and open hunting area. Another section of electric line ROW gives drivable access along about 1/3 of the road frontage.

Communication, gas and electric lines appear to run along the SH-49 property frontage, but they do not interfere with the use of this tract.

The electric line ROW and several cleared trails give driving access (some ATV, some truck) to many parts of the property.
