Property has good timber value of pines and hardwoods. Adjoins Holly Springs National Forest(HSNF) on the south side and is only a couple hundred feet to the HSNF off the NW corner. Good deer and turkey. Property has two living quarters. One is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cabin with a bedroom loft. It needs some TLC as it has not been used in a few years. The other quarters is a 2 bedroom which needs roof and ceiling repair, as debris was not removed from the roof and leaks have occurred for several months. A pond is within about 75 yards of the cabin. The entrance road is dirt and would be difficult to traverse with a regular car in wet weather.
